first came to Victory Lutheran Church when I brought students from Eden Prairie High School to work at Prairie Adult Care, which is located in basement of the church. During this time I met Pastor Prigge and Laurie who was church secretary. I thoroughly enjoyed visiting with them both. I was experiencing a transition in my life at that time and considered visiting a church service. After doing so I saw the friendliness of its members and the way Pastor Prigge was able to deliver such applicable instruction from the word of God. My most heartfelt appreciation is having a refuge and place of safety where I have felt shepherded and cared for. The decision to become a member was based on the great strength Pastor Prigge offers as a pastor, along with his amazing ability to help me grow in the Lord. Victory offers a place of fellowship as well as strong messages from the word of God.

i, my name is Brian. I was introduced to Victory Lutheran Church about a year ago and found out about Victory online. When I first came to Victory Lutheran I had a good feeling about the church before I even stepped foot in the door. Sure enough, my feeling prooved true, the moment I walked in and was greeted by Pastor Prigge and many other welcoming friends and faces, it made me feel right at home in my faith! I've been coming back since. It's been a real blessing becoming a member and being involved in events and activities with the friends and families who all share the same goodness in Christ! I'm so excited to start another year here at Victory and hope to meet new friends and see new faces walking in to worship, where you’re not just welcomed-you're Loved!

I found Victory online and had a chance to get a preview of how things are done by viewing a sermon online. The sermon and Pastor were so compelling I had to come down and experience it myself. I was welcomed the moment I came in and was made to feel like part of the family. There was no pressure to join or to participate in extra activities. The members and Pastor want you to do things at your pace when you feel comfortable. Soon after, I decided to become a member and use my skills to help spread the Word of God.

y husband and I found Victory by looking at churches in the area on the lcms.org website. We were searching for a church in our new city and when we came to Victory, we knew it was the right fit. The pastor's message was amazing, down to earth and current. Sometimes I struggle with pastor's messages being so old school that I don't know how to apply it to my life but that's not an issue with Pastor Prigge. He puts bible stories into action items for the week and really pushes you to be your best. Although his message alone kept us coming back, as we made Victory our church home, we got to know many wonderful people. When I am at Victory, it's like I'm at my second home. I come into church, sit next to my friends, sing the songs, pray together, listen to the sermon (and laugh during it too - he's quite comical) and catch up with everyone. I truly feel like the communion of saints, and particularly the coming together of this group of people, helps me with my faith and my spiritual growth. V ictory drew me in by their light hearted tag-lines on the street sign! Finding a church home that was convenient, relevant, and inspiring was proving to be difficult. I knew Victory would be close to home – so I slipped in one busy Easter morning, because I thought I could disguise myself among the masses of visitors! I was wrong. Though not overwhelmed, I was welcomed & noticed. However, best of all, the message was certainly written for me! As driven by the Bible, the message was clear and in perfect alignment with my belief, Jesus is our Savior – and it is only by our faith in His resurrection that we’re saved. I was so pleased I had to see what the following services offered. The messages not only came thru vibrantly, but the use of current life examples and the acknowledgement of our human nature have been inspiring. This awesome journey has allowed me to grow to accept my failures, welcome new friendships, create a strong desire to make my church a priority, and a hope to see it grow. It is thru my faith I know that when God speaks to you through His Word, you’ll come back for more, too.
